Managing a supply chain involves multiple interconnected phases—Supplier, Transport, Assembly, Warehouse, Distribution, and Market. xViz Performance Flow simplifies this complexity by providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making. With its interactive, structured view, businesses can identify bottlenecks, optimize logistics, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
To create a supply chain network, certain columns are essential, including Link Destination, Link Direction, Link Type, Color, Border Color, and Link Width, along with Id, Parent Id, Title, and Subtitle in the dataset, as shown in the image below.

Populate the relevant columns in the data fields.
Navigate to the Map Field option in the top ribbon and map these newly populated columns to the Map Field, as shown in the image below:
Conceal the parent-child connectors to focus on the Links:
To improve the appearance of the Supply Chain Network, first navigate to the Display option in the top ribbon. Then, in the Navigation tab, turn off the expand/collapse button.
Navigate to the Connectors Tab and set the connector color to transparent to hide the connectors to achieving cleaner view.
Now, all the Supply Chain Phases will be connected to each other based on their Link IDs.
To view the network between of any Supply Chain Phase, simply click on ellipsis icon in the top-right corner of the node and select the "Show Linked" option, as shown in the image below:
As a result, it will display the network between the selected Supply Chain Phase with other Phases, as shown below:
