# Display Totals

Display overall totals in the xViz Gantt Chart.

To show the overall total display in the Gantt chart go to the format pane and then select chart options-> Display totals (toggle on).

We have the flexibility to modify the total display text as per our needs.

**Steps to be configure:**

To show numeric information on the Gantt, go to format pane and then click display categories.

1. Select the Duration type you need to display on the visualization as shown below:

2. Go to the chart options from the format pane and then turn on Display totals option.

And the overall result is displayed on the Gantt chart as shown below.
